Agreement

These Terms govern use of Soglia on event-budget.grok.me. By signing in with X or Google, creating a profile or event, or leaving an RSVP, you accept them. Soglia is connected to Boardy: intros stay with Boardy, the treasury stays with Soglia.

Definitions

• Service: event treasury, threshold lists, RSVP, public profiles, desk.
• User: someone who signs in with X or Google.
• Registered user: someone not on the staff list, view-only.
• Administrator / editor: listed handles who manage events and people.
• Public profile: the /u/[username] page while live.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older. The desk may suspend under-age or abusive accounts.

Registration and X sign-in

Sign-in is with X (preferred) or Google. From X we take handle, name and photo. The public username is the registration handle, if free. By continuing you accept the Privacy Policy and these Terms.

Anyone who is not @perlesvaux, @andrewdsouza or an affiliate of @boardyai stays a registered user: they can view events, not manage or create them, until an administrator promotes them.

Profiles and visibility

Administrators publish, hide or archive people the same way as events. Only live profiles stay listed. Hiding a profile does not delete the account.

Events, RSVP and treasury

Live events are public. RSVPs and crypto pledges are a treasury ledger, not financial advice. Preview pledges may be simulated. On-chain funds follow the chosen network: Soglia does not hold them.

Conduct

Keep handles, copy and images respectful. Harassment, fake identities, spam and role-dodging are forbidden. The desk may hide, archive or remove.

Boardy

Boardy briefs stay yours. Boardy runs under its own terms. An intro is not a contract with Soglia.

Intellectual property

Soglia, the wordmark and the interface stay with the product. What you publish stays yours; you grant us a licence to show it on live pages.

Plans and Buy Me a Coffee

Free, Buy me a coffee ☕ or recurring plans go through Buy Me a Coffee if you set a slug. Soglia does not process those payments.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for missed intros, unreached thresholds, on-chain losses, or third-party content (X, Google, Boardy, Buy Me a Coffee).

Governing law

Italian law and the GDPR, with venue in Italy, without prejudice to mandatory EU consumer rights. Boardy may sit elsewhere: that is Boardy, not Soglia.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the date at the top of the page is acceptance.
